He delivers a breakdown of what’s going to be covered in each module and recommends his students take detailed notes while going through the entire course to absorb the information before diving in a second time.
Kevin is sure to emphasize that this is in no way a get rich quick scheme.
Running Facebook ads is an iterative and complex process and requires tons of testing to see what works and what doesn’t.

First off, Kevin will ingrain in your mind just how powerful and integral the Facebook pixel is to the majority of the campaigns you will run.
Imparting this information from the start, he then goes over the end goal of each campaign along with examples of the ads he discusses.
He covers end-to-end detail on each ad campaign, coming prepared with examples and focusing on what has worked well for past campaigns he's run.
Understanding the objectives and metrics you should be tracking behind any campaign you run saves you tons of money and headaches, which is ultimately what Kevin has been tasked to show us.
The power is in the pixel.
My only critique is that he skims over some ad campaigns he views as not particularly helpful for local businesses, yet he seems to really narrow in on ones that work for Shopify or Amazon FBA business owners- mini course pitches?
I would have liked to see some of the less popular options at play such as the "app install" as well as more detail on running a lead generation campaign.

There’s a good amount of research and data compilation that goes into narrowing in on your ideal audience. But don’t worry, Kevin walks you through the entire process.

The transition from the first few modules to this one flows seamlessly. You should feel pretty well equipped to handle more advanced concepts by this point as the bases are covered.
Understanding what goes into defining your perfect target audience is absolutely crucial to any successful Facebook ad campaign, which is why so many do it WRONG-- and it's insane to see how!
We're introduced to incredibly useful tools like Audience Insights and Google Trends to narrow down interests, behaviors, and demographics of your intended audience.
These are all resources every Facebook marketer has available in their arsenal, yet many just don't know how to use them properly for ultra-targeted marketing.
Creating custom and look-alike audiences from your pixel and ad campaign data can completely transform your business-- this is what made Kevin's ad agency explode from his experience.
He shows us how to create custom audiences from email lists, video views, website traffic, and much more.
This knowledge is key to scaling your business to new levels and increasing both profitability and productivity for your clients.
Some of the videos can be long-winded, especially the 3 videos where Kevin covers targeting in different key areas (demographics, interests, and behaviors) because he really takes the time to get into the nitty-gritty of using Facebook's massive data store.
But I completed this module with a thorough understanding of doing effective due diligence when it comes to narrowing in on your audience, so Kevin does an overall great job of conveying important information that sticks.
Module 04: How to Create Ad Copy and Creatives that Convert Like Crazy
Now that you know how to capture data and find your perfect audience, it’s time to design your ad! There’s a logical thought process behind ad design and Kevin shows you how to perfect it.

A highly optimized and profitable Facebook ad follows a secret sauce formula that has been tested and tried from Kevin's own ads experience. So, no unnecessary fluff here.
You don't need to be crazy professional, a videographer, or a wordsmith to create a simple and effective ad.
What's important to understand is what will resonate well with your audience- a flashy image, an eye-catching headline, words that speak to them directly.
Kevin provides you with the simple blueprint to follow to write the ad copy itself and do research through sites like AdEspresso and swiped.co to view winning examples and get inspired for your own work.
What this module lacks is more real-world examples. Now, he does show a few examples of ad copy from a pdf file and demonstrates example ads from successful marketers.
Yet a video where Kevin demonstrated his thought process behind creating simple ad copy for a client would have been extremely useful if shown here.
Copy is one of the things people get hung up most about and it's really important, so I feel more depth and focus on the topic at hand would have made this module much stronger.
Module 05: How to Make a Ton of Money Without Needing Your Own Product

This is the longest module thus far, which makes sense considering this is the main selling point of the course.
You're going to learn the ins and outs of a Facebook agency model so you can get your own up and running, complete with monthly clients and enhanced workflows.
There's no shortage of self-praise from Kevin's end, as he continuously points out that we know more than "99% of all Facebook marketers."
He starts the module super excited to discuss just how crucial our services are in this era to small businesses and how taking advantage of this skillset can change your life.
He then spends time in each separate video covering a different lead generation strategy to help find clients and paid Facebook ads work.
He also shows us the phone and email templates he personally uses for clients and even throws in 3 golden nugget videos that guide us through running an ad for a local client step-by-step!
Honestly, a lot of the strategies Kevin uses aren't really mind-blowing.
Hot leads like friends and family are usually our first focal points for so-called "easy money" in a new business venture, so it just makes sense to go to them first.
Then comes the old "trial phase" method where you offer your services for free to get your foot in the industry and gain experience, followed by local business networking and free job searches.
But the main takeaway of searching for clients in everyday spaces who are actively paying for advertising is a great tactic to try out.
There are no shortages of lead generation strategies in this module, and you're bound to get a bite one way or another from some of them.
Module 06: How to Retarget
Module 6 provides critical insight into the secrets behind Kevin’s extreme success in Facebook advertising: leveraging the power of retargeting.
So if you want to scale the profitability of your ads and grow your business exponentially, follow Kevin closely.

Okay, Module 6 takes the cake for the most jam-packed with information.
And it's information vital to your life-line as a Facebook ads marketer: targeting, re-targeting, and further scaling from there.
Did we mention that proper and profitable testing is probably one of the most important things you can learn about Facebook advertising?
Kevin circles home back to this point once more in this final module and certainly doesn't let you forget it.
We are taught the fundamentals of split-testing and how to do it correctly straight from the beginning.
There are so many permutations you can split-test in a single ad-set: location, page likes, potential interests, and much more.
Kevin saves us the pains of manually going through the process, showing us how to automatically split-test with a single ad creation and set automatic rules to allow Facebook's algorithm to decide whether to scale or stop an ad based on limits we set.
Kevin also dives into generating more data because who doesn't need more data for a campaign, right?
We accomplish this by retargeting our ads to people who have taken an action like visiting our site, purchasing an item, or submitting a form.
When done right, retargeting combined with targeted custom and lookalike audiences can explode your ad profitability.
There are also short helpful videos on tidbits like going live on Facebook and contacting ad support when needed.
I have really no critique of this module, other than a bit of repeating information and some promotion of his existing courses.
The information presented was clear, detailed, and very comprehensive.
Working over Kevin's shoulder and getting to see him run an example ad from start to finish has to be the icing on the cake to finish the course.
